The Bangalow Cooking School (BCS) is situated in Bangalow, a quaint village in the Byron hinterland just 12 minutes drive from the beautiful ByronBay beaches and nestled in amongst rolling rural hills dotted with macadamia trees and coffee bushes. Founded in 2004 by Leah Roland, a visual artist, culinary entrepreneur and journalist seeking a sea change from the corporate city catering life. The school is housed in the beautiful historic A&I Hall - home to many major cultural events and festivals in the Northern River Region.
It’s easy to join our classes and you can even book online. Classes are held at the Bangalow A&I Hall (top end - Station St, Bangalow) and various other locations in the Byron Shire. Numbers are limited to ensure personal attention and maximum involvement of all participants.
