Classes

Community Cooking Classes are held in the historic A&I hall, top end of Station st Bangalow, unless otherwise stated.   Usually falling in a 3-4 hour format where the class is hands on and students learn in an interactive tactile experiences.  Each class ends with everyone enjoying the fruits of their labour with the social sit down meal.

Classes cover techniques particular to the cuisine, food production and/or theme.   Students take home all the recipes used on the day.

BCS offers 3 types of hands on cooking classes,  be it Cultural, Technique and or Themed with a calender of guest chefs and cooks. Our aim is that you will have the skill, inspiration and the recipes to create beautiful dishes in your own setting.
