If you have ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese at home, here is your opportunity!!

award winning cheese maker Justin Telfer, of Bangalow Cheese Co, will guide you through just enough theory and science to have you armed and ready to make your own cheese at home using everyday household items and kitchen
Workshops include a light lunch and course notes, cheese recipe and cheese and cheese hoop to take home.




In these fun and hands-on workshops you will make your own cheese to take home with you to nurture and mature before impressing your family and friends with cheese you made yourself! Lunch will also be provided as it is a full days workshop. You will also see fresh ricotta made……. but probably consumed too quickly to take home!
