If you have ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese at home, here is your opportunity!! Classes booked out quickly.
Justin Telfer, cheese maker at Bangalow Cheese Co, will guide you through just enough theory and science to have you armed and ready to make your own cheese at home using everyday household items and kitchen utensils.
Justin teaches cheese makers at Melbourne Uni to cheese makers so we are great hands.

Workshops include a light lunch and course notes, cheese recipe and cheese hoop to take home.




In these fun and hands-on workshops you will make your own cheese to take home with you to nurture and mature before impressing your family and friends with cheese you made yourself! You will also see fresh ricotta made……. Lunch will also be provided as it is a full day's workshop.
