Justin Telfer, cheese maker at Bangalow Cheese Co, will guide you through just enough theory and science to have you armed and ready to make your own cheese at home using everyday household items and kitchen utensils.


Workshops include a light lunch and course notes, cheese recipe and cheese hoop to take home.
